aajl Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and aajl ("aajl," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the aajl online casino platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at aajl.net and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

To register and maintain an account on the aajl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are under guardianship may not register.

• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of aajl, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless expressly permitted in writing by aajl management.

To access the full range of aajl services, you must register a player account. The following terms apply to account registration and maintenance:

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. aajl is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) active aajl account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. aajl reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aajl username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. aajl will never request your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified aajl of unauthorized access in writing without undue delay.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

aajl is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed:

• Government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, PRC ID)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name)
• Selfie with ID, as requested by the aajl verification team

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by aajl may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

4.1 Deposits

All transactions on the aajl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. aajl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed in the cashier section of the Platform. Deposit processing times vary by method; e-wallet deposits (GCash, PayMaya) are typically credited instantly.

aajl does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such third-party fees. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and may be subject to additional review in accordance with aajl's anti-money laundering procedures. aajl aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within a few hours of approval; bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank follow standard interbank processing timelines.

aajl reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the aajl account. aajl is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

aajl complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and all related regulations. aajl reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities and to freeze or close accounts under investigation without prior notice.

aajl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are credited to your aajl account in the form of bonus credits and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to each bonus will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted.
• aajl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will be honored subject to the applicable wagering requirements.

All games available on the aajl Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and spinning equipment monitored by independent oversight. The outcome of every game is determined fairly and cannot be influenced by aajl or any player.

Each game on the aajl Platform has its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. aajl is not liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, aajl will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, aajl reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. aajl's decision in such matters is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aajl Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or KYC, impersonating another person, or using a stolen or unauthorized payment method.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one aajl account, whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or for any other reason.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker or coordinating bets in live dealer games.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the aajl Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or technical malfunction to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Money Laundering: Using the aajl Platform to launder money or to facilitate any other illegal financial activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider. aajl reserves the right to recover any funds subject to an unauthorized chargeback and to pursue legal remedies.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the aajl Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the aajl Platform without the prior written consent of aajl.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aajl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the aajl Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

aajl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your aajl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aajl does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. aajl will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

aajl collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the aajl Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

aajl uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and improve the Platform. aajl does not sell your personal data to third parties. aajl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, aajl will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the aajl Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with the account closure procedure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the aajl Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact aajl's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. aajl will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice.
