• Account & Identity Data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by Philippine AML regulations.
• Gaming Activity Logs: Retained for a minimum of two (2) years from the date of each session, or longer where required for dispute resolution or regulatory purposes.
• Customer Support Communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last communication, unless a longer period is required for ongoing dispute resolution.
• Marketing Preferences: Retained until you withdraw your consent or request deletion, subject to any overriding legal retention requirements.

The aajl Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above. aajl does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. This is both a legal requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and a core commitment of aajl's responsible gaming policy.

If aajl becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, we will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the personal data in question, and return any funds deposited to the payment method from which they originated. If you believe that a minor has registered an account on the aajl Platform, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 14.

aajl's primary data processing operations are conducted within the Philippines. In certain circumstances, your personal data may be transferred to or processed by service providers located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud infrastructure providers or game software vendors operating internationally.
